I doubt Netanyahu was humiliated. To humiliate means to make one feel ashamed. Does Netanyahu care one twit how Egyptian newspapers depict him? The caricature only served to reflect the consciousness of its creator and of the paper, which appear bent on inflammatory incitement. They sell more papers in Egypt by fanning the flames of hatred and keeping the populace stirred.

The Egyptians really have done a good job on Netanyahu, and if it was their intention to portray him as Pinocchio then the nose is rather short, as the more lies he told, the longer grew his nose.

Freedom of press comes with responsibility. IF you open your mouth and say something stupid, people are entitled to call you on it. The problem with Characitures like this and comments like yours, is that it reminds Jews and Israelis that the only people that they can count on are themselves and that neighboring nations can't be trusted. When you educate your society to be anti-semetic, fill it with consipiracy theroires about jews, and spread lies about jews, it enables that group to view jews as sub-human, which in turn, prevents peace and understanding. No one is offended by the caricature, except for the influence it has on a society that supposedly is interested in peace.
