Where are 'human rights' involved in the case aside from the guy being involved in a blatant violation of the human rights of the victims? I assume Israel has every intention of trying the guy. You can't demand a terrorist with blood on his hands be exchanged for a kidnapped Israeli soldier if the terrorist is dead.
