To shut off this new form of random Hamas atrocity, Israel should sink all the Gaza boats again, then declare Gaza waters a "no sail zone" - all vessels, any flag, in Gaza waters sunk on sight w/o warning. Warn Gaza that any repetition will result on a permanent ban on use of Ashkelon, Ashdod harbors for any Gaza purpose - "aid" can enter only via Haifa, Gaza "flowers" can leave only via Haifa, and the shippers can pay Israel the hefty added cost. In response to the Goldstone report accusing it of war crimes Hamas claimed it did not commit such a thing because the rockets it was shelling on Israel had no guidance system & fell down on civilian targets by chance!! This floating explosive laden barrel landing on a beach must probably fall into the same category by Hamas standards of civilized war rules.

These guys really are idiots! Like the fake Gaza beach story where Hamas planted land mine intended to kill IDF soldiers but killed a Palestinian family instead. The raw film footage smuggled out revealed the truth. or The Qassam rocket launched at Israeli civilians but fell short and killed a four year old Palestinian girl. The father interviewed told the truth before the Hamas PR team could instruct him to lie. or The weapons that blew up during a Hamas parade that killed and wounded many Palestinians, again caught on raw film footage and smuggled out of Gaza. Prevented Hamas from blaming Israel. Hamas just dodged a bullet that could have killed more of their own people, and we all know who they would have blamed, just to cover their mistakes.
