Representatives of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard have set up a presence in the Gaza Strip, senior Palestinian security forces told the Israeli media outlet Walla! News in a report published Tuesday.

The report came shortly after a Grad rocket was fired from the Gaza Strip into southern Israel on Tuesday, for the first time since Operation Pillar of Defense ended last November.

Also this week, the UN's special coordinator for the Middle East peace process has warned in an interview with Haaretz that the two-state solution is in extremely grave condition.

An Israeli Knesset subcommittee has opened an in-depth investigation of the death of Ben Zygier, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said, but he added that so far there is no indication Israel acted inappropriately in the Prisoner X affair.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has ruled that the likelihood that a gag order will be violated on the Internet isn't necessarily a reason to refrain from issuing one.

Concerned for his party's political alliance with Naftali Bennett's right-wing Habayit Hayehudi party, Yesh Atid chairman Yair Lapid has ordered more than 10 Knesset members from his party to cancel a Jerusalem-area tour with the left-wing Geneva Initiative organization.

Finally, after a months-long break and a new report from the International Atomic Energy Agency, world powers and Iran were in Kazakhstan trying to thaw nuclear talks.
