Israeli President Shimon Peres said Israel does not view Iran as an "enemy," and that he is willing to meet with his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rohani. 

Inspectors from the UN nuclear watchdog began a rare visit to an Iranian heavy water production plant, where plans for commissioning a plutonium reactor have been suspended.
