A prominent Israeli rabbi answered a question this week about whether Jews should say the same blessing when they see U.S. President Barack Obama as they are supposed to recite upon seeing a gentile king ("Blessed are you, Lord our God, who has given from his glory to [mortal kings of] flesh and blood").
