A blessing in Hebrew is a brakha, but the infinitive form, “levarekh,” means more than “to bless.”

As long as the verb has no subject as in "It is raining" in English -an infinitive of too bless has NO religious connotations. It merely states a desire for a certain state of well being of the recipient.
thank you
