Alarm sirens went off in people's minds after two recent incidents involving infrastructure.

True offshore drilling is dangerous and there is always the possibility of a catastrophic accident or terrorists could attack the gas platorms. Unfortunately we don't have the luxury of saying well we will drill all the way out at sea miles away from land so if there is an accident nobody will be hurt becayse we have to drill where the gas is not where its safest. That leave us with two choices (1) Leave the gas in the ground so no risks of accidents (2) Be as careful as you can drill and just hope for the best So what do we want most the gas or to make sure there is no risks of deadly accidents or terrosists attacking the platforms?
