Albert Einstein like you've never seen him before
Millions of photographs and documents have been uploaded to a new website, offering users a free and fascinating insight into the history of German-speaking Jewry, with Albert Einstein the star attraction.
The Leo Baeck Institute has launched DigiBaeck, a free digital version of its premiere archive documenting 500 years of German-speaking Jewish history. The online archive will enable access to more than 3.5 million pages of material, encompassing rare books, photographs, artwork, letters, memoirs and ephemera documenting the culture and achievements of German-speaking Jewry.
