Budget airline easyJet has apologized for printing photographs of models posing at Berlin's Holocaust memorial in its in-flight magazine and says it has withdrawn all copies of the publication.

The airline said Tuesday it is still debating whether to continue its relationship with the magazine publishers, Ink Publishing.

Berlin's memorial consists of a field of 2,700 gray slabs near the Brandenburg Gate. It was designed by American architect Peter Eisenman. The photographs in November's issue of the magazine showed models wandering through the gray stone slabs.

Ink Publishing has also apologized for the pictures.

Uwe Neumaerker - director of the foundation that oversees the memorial - said it had not granted permission for the photographs.

How exactly is the world which is photo sensitive going to know of places honoring the dead of the holocaust. How are we browsers of magazines going to be impacted. I understand your inhibition toward our dead, but I never knew of the place until it was told of. What does it look like? Do I want to book a flight to go honor the dead? Was it done tastefully? Did you ever think nobody knows everything. Please tell me where to go honor our dead? Rankoo( Karoon)

Also, in the same magazine, check out the map of Israel - A lot of areas of Israel seem to have been removed!!! No Gaza, Golan Heights or Judea and Samaria.
