White House declines Netanyahu request to meet with Obama

If Obama is not re-elected in November and Israel Manages to convince Romney to go to war, things will be very sad for Israel as the outcome will not be happy. If Obama is re-elected and Netanyahu is no more the P.M then there may be hope for peace in the region and Israel would end the occupation in return for peace. The US can then guarantee its safety

Netanyahu is trying to use the upcoming election to get something he probably couldn't get if there wasn't going to be an election. I think Obama is smart to not allow himself to be used like that.

The President's "schedule" won't allow him to meet with Mr. Netanyahu? I guess it's hard to give up all those fundraisers and campaign stops and actually do the job you were hired to do.

This is kind of a busy time for Obama. I don't see how this indicates anything about U.S.-Israel relations. Not everything is political; some things are just practical. I'm sure the U.S. president barely gets to see his own family these days.
