Two IDF soldiers wounded as Palestinians mark Land Day with protests across West Bank
Main commemoration events on Saturday also expected to include rallies in the northern town of Sakhnin, as well as in the Negev, in southern Israel, in protest against plans for resettling the Negev Bedouin.
Two IDF soldiers were wounded on Saturday from rocks during a small demonstration marking Land Day at the village of the Jayyus in the West Bank. IDF soldiers responded with tear gas and flash grenades.
