Over 10,000 Palestinians attended the funeral procession on Monday for the detainee Arafat Jadarat, who died on Saturday in Meggido Prison at the age of 30. The funeral ended without disturbances, however the IDF remains on high alert in anticipation of continued riots.

Israel says Jadarat's wounds were left from trying to resuscitate his heart (which DOES require hard blows to the rib cage OR he really did undergo torture. So either someone at Shin Bet is really really dumb considering the guaranteed hostility to Israel and subsequent further loss of diplomatic standing if this is for real OR this is another PLO stunt -- Mohammed Dura-style hoax -- all over again to regain the headlines lost to the inter-Arab slaughter in Syria. And possibly serve as a convenient excuse for a third Intifada as was Ariel Sharon's visit to the Temple Mount used to justify the second, even though Sharon wasn't even in the Israeli government at the time.
thank you
