Payment for some IDF reservists is slashed by one third
Following Operation Pillar of Defense in late 2012, the IDF has recalibrated its payment system for soldiers who serve between 20 and 36.5 days a year.
Reserve soldiers who serve in the Israel Defense Forces for several weeks every year may find they are no longer eligible for the same pay they got in the past.
