Hundreds of Palestinians gathered in the West Bank town of Beitounia on Thursday morning for a mass protest march to Israel’s Ofer military prison, demanding the release of administrative detainees now on hunger strike.

LAW OF WAR: No person who intentionally enters a military conflict zone or occupied area is entitled to civil protections.
- By Human rights
- 22 Feb 2013
- 04:28AM
Israel says the Palestinians in OT have no civil protections. Such protections only come after a peace agreement ends the conflict, establishes permanent borders, and ends all claims. You seem to believe Jews are automatically entitled to civil protections, even when they enter occupied territory in a state of war to steal land. I guarrantee you the opposite is not true. We both know what happens when a Palestinian attempts to cross the border. He is instantly shot and killed.

07 63 40This is just one more example of Israel enjoying the benefit of an agreement while reneging on it's obligations from that agreement.

Israel got Gilad Shalit back, then it rearrests the people it agreed to release. Sadly this is no different than what Israel did with the Road Map Agreement. Under the Road Map, Israel agreed to stop all Settlement construction. Israel received immediate benefits from that agreement, but after 10 years, Israel still has not done what it agreed to do. Israel's word is a worthless lie.

- By JoeUSA

How in the heck in a so called democracy where a person can be charged with a "secret evidence". Where the suspect , nor his lawyer can examine , cross examine , refute such evidence. This is not justice , This is draconian disguised as a judicial process. Totaly unacceptable.

Not sure who posted in reply to you, but my guess would be fake Melissa. This is a tactic used by the pro-Israel lobby to muddy the water and disrupt legitimate discussion and debate. Be warned: if you get too witty or use too much logic, reason, and indisputable facts, you too may wind up with a pro-Israel, pro-occupation, pro-Settlement doppleganger whose only mission is to make you look like a fool. For those who believe the ends justify the means, there's nothing they won't do or try.
