The driver, a third man who was not hurt in the shooting, told authorities that the assailants had been driving a Jeep. The police believe that the motivation for the shooting was a feud between crime families.
The two victims were Israeli Arabs.
Last week, four Israelis were killed when gunmen opened fire on an Israeli vehicle near the West Bank city of Hebron. The following day, in a similar shooting attack near the Rimonim junction in the West Bank, two Israelis were wounded, one of them seriously.
Hamas claimed responsibility for both of last week's attacks, which occurred on the eve of the U.S.-sponsored relaunch of direct peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, to which Hamas strongly objects.
The Palestinian Authority announced Wednesday that its security officials had arrested two Hamas-linked cells in connection to the two attacks. In both instances, the PA said they arrested two shooters and a support man.

Maaleh Adumim is not a settlement by any stretch of the imagination. It is a city over the Green Line. The same goes for Gilo. It is not a settlement but a town over the Green line. Can you call French Hill or Ramat Eshkol settlements? NO.
ye killing never solves anything except the arab mentality is violent and kills to preserve their honour in arab mentality they take the law into their own hands as thats what they made of
The other terrorism.
Somebody stole my bike near the gay beach in Tel Aviv! Sure enough, the old Jewish lady who lives upstairs says "It must have been an anti-Semite Arab." Meanwhile, I'm an American (not Jewish) renting a place for a month for work. I says, "Don't Jews steal?" She says (I swear) "Only when they're starving to death, god forbid." Guess she never heard of Bernie Madoff.
the price of parmesiano regiano in Balduccies is very high, Madof was very hungry.
So, why the two victims were Israeli Arabs? Will this help bringing peace for israel? enough is enough!
this IS funny!!!!!!! whenever ANY Israeli is shot at, its a "terror attack" IF the victim is a Jew. If the victim is NOT Jewish, its not. Only in israel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bibi, are you going to do something about it or what?
