There are some very good reasons why Hebrews/Jews have survived for thousands of years: - At any given point in time, while a small number of Jews were being mistreated, the rest of the Jews lived OK lives. That is, there was no global, mass mistreatment of Jews at any point in time. If there had been, no Jews would have survived. - Even the Holocaust killed less than half the Jews on earth at the time. - The Arabs have no desire to kill all the Jews on earth, they just want to take back their land and drive the Jews to live elsewhere. Any Jews not in Israel when the war starts will NOT be hunted down and killed. - Mistreatment of small numbers of Jews at some point in time is no different than the mistreatment of other minorities at other points in time. All minorities get mistreated occasionally, but most minorities survive. The bottom line is when the Arabs defeat Israel, Most of the Jews that had lived in Israel will simply continue their lives elsewhere. there will be no holocaust.

If the Jewish people are doing Hashem's work, there is a protective shield around them from Hashem (GOD), where no man, country, weapon can harm them. Also, the non Jew is receiving light, and that eliminates the desire to destroy the chosen people who have a special gift, and with that gift comes responsibility.
