Lebanese media: IDF bombed espionage devices uncovered by Hezbollah
Two people were reportedly injured in blast; website associated with Hezbollah claims Israeli drones destroyed devices after they were exposed.
By Avi Issacharoff and Jack KhouryLebanese media reported on Friday that two people were wounded in a blast that occurred in the south of the country, between the towns of Srifa and Deir Kifa. According to some of the reports, the blast targeted espionage devices which were destroyed by Israel after being exposed by Hezbollah.
However, a different report suggested that there had been an explosion in a Hezbollah weapons cache, while others reported an accident in a nearby quarry.

A website associated with Hezbollah claimed that the organization had uncovered Israeli espionage equipment at the site of Friday's blast, and that Israel managed to destroy it using drones.
Lebanon Now website reported that Hezbollah members surrounded the scene of the blast and local police were called to the scene. The website added that Israeli drones were spotted in the vicinity.
Last week, an explosion occurred in the Hezbollah stronghold of Siddiqin in southern Lebanon. The blast apparently occurred at a large Hezbollah weapons depot.

How would Israel possibly know where such equipment was? This sounds like a weapons accident or terrorist activity conveniently blamed on isreal,.

Thats exactly what they did in 2006 when they fired rockets into Israeli towns as a diversion to their cross border kidnapping.

They mishandle ordnance that they not supposed to have and it's Israel's fault. But it is the the thousand and one nights that they make up to cover their bungling that is impressive. Always a story!!

Who knows what occurred, but we know the Hizbollah lies constantly. For example Hizbollah had their asses beaten in 2006, but have created a lie for their people that says differently. We know the truth, as does Hizbollah terrorist.

lol then why did Israeli release a report indicating they lost? Israel had 3 objectives: Disarm Hezbollah, eliminate them, and retrieve their captured soldiers. When the war ended in August, did they accomplish any of those goals?
however, the only ones that had their asses beaten were the Lebanese unarmed civilians.
In 2006 Israels objectives were to release the prisoners and deal a massive blow to hezbollah. Hezbollahs objectives were to repel Israel, and not give up the soldiers. HEzbollah fulfilled their objectives, Israel did not. That is fact.
remember Israel for the last 8 years saying that Iran is going to get nukes NEXT year (2003,2004, 2005, etc) and needed to be bombed now---- 10 years later they are saying the SAME thing - liars and propagandists.
