The court must take care not to clash with the facts on the ground and pass a futile judgement which will undermine its power and respect from all sides

If Judea is Jewish
- By European

then Israel would have to restrict itself to Judea only as the rest of the land was given to the other Israelite tribes. Surely then Samara belongs to Samaritans and not to Jews.

If Israel wants it, she has to LEGALLY annex. But then all Pals get the vote. Despite the epic greed, the colonials can;t have it both ways.

where have you been? didn't you realize that we Israelis can't visit sites in Jericho and Beit Lechem anymore with out risking our lives? Did you not know that for the umteenth time the Arabs have ransacked the tomb of Joseph? No one has ever complained with the 'status quo' has been broken by the Arabs, but now that it is being broken by us, some one is yelling?

09 0 0Nablus which is under full Palestinian control ?
- By Karma Chameleon
- 17 May 2012
- 04:41AM
Apparently not. It is misleading to say that anything is under Palestinian control since the IDF can come and go as they please, going out of their way to abuse Palestinians in the process. Additionally, if the Israeli government and the Israeli courts can make decisions such as this, it is they who have complete control. They merely avoid the responsibility that comes with the power.

The courts are granting rabbis who have been breaking teh law custody over teh tombs. The courts need to be sanctioned, the judges removed since when do criminals get permission to break teh law from teh courts. Fire the judges, jail teh rabbis for breaking the law
