Israeli military court expected to reject claim that stone throwing is attempted murder
Judge, Maj. Amir Dahan is due to rule the day after Passover on the case of Asher Palmer and his infant son Yonatan, who were killed after a stone was thrown at them from a passing car near Hebron.
The military prosecution wants stone throwers from a deadly September 2011 incident convicted for murder, but the judge in the case has indicated he will probably find them guilty of manslaughter.
