We know Gaza is awash with terrorist, and it's only about time till the iDF must go in and hunt them down.
Bomb/mortor/missle expoxeds in open field and there is no damage or injuries. Alleged attacks by the resistance. Likely cause, IDF plants an exposive charge in open-field. Then claims an attack (notice that there is NEVER an independted report, all reports are orginated by the IDF) Isreal believes that these provide justification for attacking civilan targets. More war crimes.
It is not a war crime to fire back at terrorists or even an ordinary army fighting in a war if they are in a civilian area. The war crime is actually commited by those firing from a civilian area. Israel doesn't have to sit idyly by while its civilians are targeted. She is entitled to fire back, though there is an obligation, where it is possible, to take care so as to not hurt civilians. However, where, as in this case, the terror cell is firing in the middle of civilian area, there is no aboility to take care.
Israel does not want this because they would have to prove who really fired the shells.
effort to prevent terror groups operating from territory over which one has governmental control from firing at civilian groups. Everyone knows who is involved with this. One of them is retiring into a rat hole.
Israel must get serious and go in and start taking out senior Hamas members until things are quiet and if it does not work fast enough start destroying key institutions in Gaza. Obviously the message hasn't been delivered yet.
