German FM to Netanyahu: Israeli strike on Iran nuclear sites could fracture international coalition

Israel introduced nuclear weapons to the Middle East in 1956. Israel is no position to lecture Iran or the rest of the world about nuclear proliferation. Indeed, If Israel, which occupies neighbors' land in violation of international law, can have nukes, why can't Iran? Israel introduced the law of the jungle; let us have the rule of the jungle. Period

A nuclear Iran is of little concern to gulf Arabs because Iran doesn't need nukes to attack Bahrain or the UAE or Kuwait or even the Saudis. Iran is not interested in attacking the gulf states. They are interested in curbing Israel's behavior and protecting themselves from Israeli attack.

If a country nuke another country that is closer than 150 KM, it is essentially nuking itself! This is why, if Israel has nukes, it can not use them on any of its close neighbors. The same goes for Iran, if it has nukes it can not nuke any of the gulf states without suffering right along with them.
