Is this typical behavior for an arm of the Israeli government? Rubber stamping outrageous behavior is shameful and immoral. This incident requires an apology. Obviously that will not happen.

its ugly racism, it has no place in israel, but seems to be the rule rather than the exception these days. I grew up in apartheid South Africa, and this is no different than that.
