EU foreign policy chief visits Shalit family, urges Hamas to free captive IDF soldier

Ashton spoke as she began the third day of a three-day tour of Gaza, Israel and the West Bank by visiting the protest tent erected by the soldier's family outside the Jerusalem residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
In Gaza Sunday, she called on Israel to also lift its near-total ban on exports from the strip and further open its border crossings into the Palestinian coastal enclave.
She also urged the Palestinian leadership to move into direct negotiations with Israel, but expressed "deep concern about recent settlements activity in East Jerusalem."
Ashton welcomed Israel's decision to greatly ease the import of goods into Gaza and called its security concerns "legitimate," but she described its blockade of the strip as "unacceptable, unsustainable and counterproductive."

Remember when Netanyahu released Sheikh Yassin from prison? Mossad fouled up in an assassination attempt of Meshal in Jordan, Mossad agents were caught and threatened with imprisonment unless Yassin is released (and Meshal revived). Yassin was the most senior Hamas prisoner ever, and Netanyahu released him to clean up his own mess. Now, Shalit is also a French citizen, so an EU citizen. What would be more natural than for Germany (with Polish assistance) to demand that Netanyahu release the senior prisoners Hamas wants for Shalit, in return for the Mossad agent Brodsky? Yahu did it before, he'll do it again to clean up his own mess. I suggest the family contact Sarkozy about this idea. It may seem unfair to Brodsky, but the fact is that he actually violated German law while Gilad Shalit did nothing wrong. Moreover, Shalit sat already in his "prison" for 4 years, so let Brodsky sit until Netanyahu gets interested.

Then she not only calls for his release, but she takes the time to visit his family, and they whine about that and want to kick her out of the country.
the trouble with Ashton is not her Schalit position but how she plays position of self on the stage. She behaves as an Hamas agent and ally. And if Israel allows this ploy to continue Hamas will not miss the opportunity to launch kassam under her skirt, as they did in the past. And given how Ashton played self out on the stage, she will have to give up her skirt for Hamas' cover or lose whatever investment she just committed. She is a wolf in sheep skins. Get her out, now.
I don't care if she looks like sex bomba, I don't care what language she speaks. She is here inciting against the state of Israel and giving bad name to soldiers, Gilad Schalit included, who sacrifice their lives and well being to make our nation homeland to endure. Get her self out of Israel before she brings about trouble and keep her self out of here.
