What a difference a week makes

Today Clinton was condeming the demonisation of Israel. Last week when she met the leaders of the Brotherhood - did she speak to them about marching on Jerusalem? Where are the principles of human rights?

We must fight demonisation

Yes, we must fight demonisation of Jews and Israel BUT for too long the US and so many others have done this at the expense of Palestinians. The right wing of Israeli politics have as policy sought to demonise Palestinians as it grabs more land and makes any Palestinian state a non event.

Secretary Clinton: Israel does this to itself.

Israel chooses policy that demonizes itself and by proxy demonizes all Jews. This is not an act b y a single individual, but a concious choice by a government of Jews. So if we must fight this demonization, we MUST confront the selfish, arrogant, and damaging choices made by the Israeli government.
