Assad discusses Israeli 'strike' with Iran: Syria can confront threats and aggression

The only reason why Israel takes the risk of another war is because the US is standing by its side. Every time we get involved in an involuntary war it costs the tax payers of America more lives and lots of money. Israel has never been considered about us, the US, we give that country 4 billion dollars every year to be a peace loving country and the only diplomacy they appear to understand is the one of aggression. That’s how diplomacy is defined for them.

This could be a last ditch panic by Assad to lure Israel into the fray. But Israel isn't playing political games. They are simply doing what they need to do. And that was Baraks point.

I hope that Israel is brave to help the Syrian Opposition Fighters to kill President Bashar Al Assad to end the civil war in Syria,I believe that the Syrian people will thank Israel,because Israel has helped the Syrian people to get the freedom from the very cruel government in the world,well I do hope that Israel will help the Syrian Opposition Armies soon

History tells us that an oppressed can become an aggressor. Israel is an example of it. Surely soon or later Syrian can get their revenge.

Barak, tell this to us when bombs fly and land on downtown Tel Aviv and other Israeli cities, not only from Syria but from Southern Lebanon and Iran. You think that Israel is tough, but you forgot how we got our asses kicked by Hezbollah last time we entered Lebanon. Interesting that the Syrian rebels -- instead of being grateful that Israel has weakened their murderous Assad -- should instead be criticising him for not attacking Israel.

Iranian leaders are allways quite boastfull when it threatens to take military action against the West or Israel, a kind of soap opera made entirely for their citizens...look how mighty we are !
