Suppose Netanyahu, instead of pushing the panic button, decided to talk to Abbas and requested of the Palestinian security forces to do all possible to in conjunctions with Israeli forces to return the boys. Of course, Neanyahu would have to have eaten some humble pie after declaring that since the PA united with Hamas, he would not talk to Abbas. A little flexibility on his part may well have returned the boys to their families by now---and would have been considered a victory for both Israelis and Palestinians. No matter how much damage Israel does to the Palestinian people, Netanyahu showers the world with his insensitivity, racist attitude. and arrogance. By his actions he places himself in the role of a dictator. How much bad press can Israelis withstand with his kind of leadership?
