Court extends remand of 'Jewish Terrorist'
Police claims that there are unsolved matters in investigation against Yaakov (Jack) Teitel.

Police suspect that Teitel, who has confessed to murdering two Palestinians and carrying out a long list of other, less deadly, terror attacks, also killed two traffic policemen in the Jordan Valley eight months ago - a crime originally attributed to Palestinian terrorists.
Police and General Security Services officials declared on Monday that they solved a series of terror acts that took place in the last twelve years, but the story changed on Wednesday.
Police now claim that they need to extend Teitel's remand and asked to keep the details of the case under wraps since the investigation is still progressing and there are matters that are yet to be solved.
The policemen, Warrant Officer David Rabinowitz and Senior Warrant Officer Yehezkel Ramzarkar, were shot while sitting in their patrol vehicle near Moshav Massua. The subsequent investigation indicated that the assailant had lain in wait at the turn-off from the main road to Massua and did something to make them stop and roll down their window. He then shot them from point-blank range. No damage was done to the vehicle, and nothing was taken from it.
Teitel denied responsibility for these murders, and it is not clear what evidence the police have against him. But a police source said yesterday that Teitel's modus operandi in the crimes he has admitted to "precisely matches" that of the policemen's murder.
Discussions over the case of Yosef Espinoza, who is suspected of involvement in Teitel's crimes, will take place Wednesday afternoon.
According to police indications, it is possible that they are attempting to convince Espinoza to testify against Teitel, and therefore asked the court not to allow Teitel's lawyer to also represent Espinoza, fearing a conflict of interest.

The man confessed and told the authorities this is were I made the bomb. he is crazy. Crazy like a FOX. He is an evil person killing jews and Arabs. No frame up here. he should apologize to his victims and their families so G-d will forgive his terrible crimes.
I remind you, explosives residue was found in his home along with a large number of illegal firearms and he confessed in great specificity (not "I did it!" but rather "I committed X crime on Y date"). If a person confesses to a crime and shows that he has the means, knowledge and had the opportunity to commit said crimes, not to mention knows the intimate details of said crimes, it makes sense to remand him into custody. Especially for a series of violent crimes. Also, his family, a group of settlers themselves, have told Yediot that they have now disconnected themselves from him because they believe he's guilty. Imagine that this was the identical situation, but Teitel was an arab. Would you feel that he should be released? I suggest you examine your own racial biases. Lastly - it's not a "Skate goat" - it's a "Scape goat". Goats can't skate. Their hooves don't fit the skates. Though that would be pretty funny.
This is getting out of hand. They are blaming anything and everything on Teitel. First they announced that he had "confessed" to the murder of 2 Gays in Tel-Aviv. Then it was proven that he was nowhere near TelAviv on the day of the murders. This is sloppy and lazy police work.
Interesting how there has been no indictment. Can it be that this man is being framed? It seems there is no evidence against him and they are remanding him anyway as there is no other skate goat. Maybe the man is simply Crazy?

Believe us: there is a bunch of terrorists out there & everywhere in the jungle they turned the entire world into in order to facilitate what they want to do: to (people like) us. We've told you that, cos that is the way it is. Haven't I told you that it is not possible for them to be your (real) friends as (long as) they aren't our friends as well as we are the ones who have been WITH YOU all this time! The Reason why they don't like us or even hate us is BECAUSE OF YOU: they played a double role and they have to keep doing that, as there is no way out for them out of this BIG MESS now and that is what explains that U-TURN right now!
