Can you infer anything from a minor bicycle accident that would suggest the arrival of a "master race" or Australian arrogance requiring an apology to world Jewry? Well apparently you can.By stretching credibility to it's limit and mud slinging. .Attack anyone who you don't agree with with any illogical and irrelevant argument you can find except a rational one,( because you simply don't have one or can't even come up with one). Australia is rightly and thoroughly investigating Israeli dual citizenship and a possible Israeli connection to passport misuse. Other police forces are doing the same.Let's see what they discover. Prima facie evidence is mounting, and if there is a case to answer; Israel will need to respond. Guilt is established AFTER a court case/hearing BTW for those who wrongly think it must be estabished BEFORE a hearing. Innocence is presumed in advance of that.

Just yesterday my taxi almost ran over a bicyclist that swerved into our lane to avoid a driver opening a parked cars door. I have seen one person on a bike seriously injured from a collision. From the description of the damage to the bike, it sounds the the car made a turn without realizing they were sharing a lane with a bike. I hope that as Tel Aviv installs bike sharing machines, it is also going to add bike lines, or allow bikes to ride on the sidewalk.

Why didn't the Aussie embassy distribute them the Israeli bumper sticker "Driver, stay out at a distance" ? So, they came here for "wheeling and dealing"? Should have first gone into a training camp for driving on the right side of the road. Next stay in the country for 6 months to be able to practice and hopefully pass the Israeli driver's test !

Does the equation 1/2 mass times velocity squared mean anything? That is the kinetic energy which is involved in one object striking another. It states that the energy imparted to the other object is equal to 1/2 the mass of the object time the velocity squared. It is unlikely that the bicyclist could come out the winner unless the bicyclist rammed the automobile instead of the other way around.

How are these Aussies ever going to conduct an investigation about a murder in Dubai if they can't confirm facts within the personal knowledge of their own embassy staff! If the wheel was bent; the embassy car is damaged or marked. If staff are unwilling to admit to a minor and fortunately inconequential hit-and-run, how can anyone trust their research on the Dubai case? Espwcially the 'run' part of this incident - highly indicative of moral lapse and in the USA is more punishable administratively with loss of license than the alleged minor injury. An M.D. just got 5 years in jail in Orange County for similar actions.

Australia's behavior in the Dubai matter is disgusting. Symbolic of Aussie arrogance are its cops in Tel Aviv hitting a cyclist and fleeing the scene!

Investigating passports is oh-so much more important than stopping after hitting a bicyclist with your car, isn't it? Hypocrisy rules, and is selectively applied to Israel. Wonder if these people would have taken off had they hit someone in Europe. As far as I'm concerned, this is a proven crime and those "diplomats" or whatever they call themselves, should be put in jail for hit and run--surely one of the more heinous of urban misbehaviors.
