Assad hosts Nasrallah, Ahmadinejad for 3-way meet
Hezbollah chief's visit to Syria reported for first time; not clear if Meshal took part in meeting.
By Avi Issacharoff, Jack Khoury and Haaretz Correspondent Tags: Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Hassan Nasrallah Bashar Assad Israel newsIranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Syrian President Bashar Assad and Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah met in Damascus late Thursday, Hezbollah's Al-Manar television station has reported.
The three held their meeting over dinner at the presidential palace, accompanied by senior advisers from all three sides. This was the first time a Nasrallah visit to Damascus has been reported.
Al-Manar did not report whether Hamas political chief Khaled Meshal, who is based in Damascus, took part in the meeting.
However, the station did say that Ahmadinejad met with a number of top Palestinian officials from at least 10 political movements during his visit. During that meeting, the Iranian president and the Palestinians expressed their desire for cooperation against Israeli "threats, aggressions" and moves regarding Islamic holy sites in Israel.
Meshal told Al-Manar that Ahmadinejad's visit to Damascus was meant as part of a joint effort to contend with "Zionist bragging." According to another Palestinian source, the sides discussed the threat of Israeli attacks on Syria, Lebanon, Palestinians and Iran.
During their meetings, Ahmadinejad emphasized that "resistance is the most successful way to liberate land" and reiterated Iran's vow to stand by Palestinian demands.

Assad. Did u.c. ? The tall awkward one holding the hand of the monkey ?
... and is readying itself to plough through the most high G-d's choice piece of land, sowing Satanic death and destruction in its wake. Only thing is, the sight of the invading force peering through their animal APC's peepholes consists of a giraffe from Syria, a gorilla from Lebanon, and a weasel from Gaza, all being slapped on their backs and given fiery pep-talks from a frantic, swinging, hyper-active chimp from Tehran who promises to help their advance by throwing large bananas from deep in the rear so the Zionist enemies of Satan will slip all over and fall hard on their plans. This is one smart chimp who sends the brainwashed and deluded amongst the animal kingdom instead as shock troops to lay the foundations of his Chimp Caliphate.
Guess not many know this. He suffers from chronic constipation. He eats dates all the time. Maybe its due to an unknown medical disorder. Then again, Pres.Assad loves steak. US Prime Beef or local Golan mutton. As for Mr.Nasrallah, well its bunker rations. One can be sure, that Mr.Ahmadinejad has produced all the pertinent info ref the Dubai Affair. I am still wondering about those two that fled to Iran by boat. Israel, is by no means a bragging Zionist State, rather a cold and calculating country that will destroy its enemies, no matter what it takes. More dates..? Mr.Ahmadinejad.? Good night.
as a Lebanese, we prey to the day to get rid off hassan nasrallah, we have a state within a state and a cowerd politcians, we need another BaSHIR goumail to stand infront of these merceneries Iran's wing, thank god we have Samir geagea but we need our past military weapons .........israel help...
refusal on the part of the Muslim-Arab world to accept the Jewish people's right to national self-determination and independence on any parcel of land of this country. The Golan was under Syria's control in 1948, but it used it to attack Israel, hoping to annihilate it then. The Golan was under Syria's control in 1967, but once again, as part of the Egypt-Syria-Jordan coalition it initiated a war that was designed to eliminate the Jewish state. If and when the Syrians accept Israel's right to be, to exist as the nation-state of the Jewish people, based incidentally on decisions reached by the League of Nations in the early 1920s and by the United Nations in the late 1940s, then we shall have something to talk about. But presently Syria is situating itself with the darkest of forces in the world, those calling for the demise of the nearly six-million Jews of Israel; not unlike the calls the world heard in the 1930s coming from Germany. Will the international community react...??
...and what value! "... chose to invite a declared Lebanese terrorist, rather than the Lebanese head of state..."
Isn't it Israel illegally claiming Sovereign Syrian territory as it's own? (as it does Palestinian territory!)
Comment 4 Assad hosts Nasrallah, Ahmadinejad for 3-way (PS. How come 17 ? LGF ?)
As you know Nasrallah is the biggest thing in the ME. The other two are in awe of his presence, make no mistake about it.
When I saw the three dogs I thought it was the reedition of the meeting between BUSH, BLAIR and little AZNAR...
They probably had at least one agent there.
Sure, there's belligerent rhetoric coming from this summit. Especially, the language Ahmadinejad and Nasrallah use about a military encounter with Israel. Forgotten... is that Nasrallah speaks as if he's the Supreme military commander of Lebanon. Not only of Hezbollah or the Bekka valley... but all of Lebanon. In actual terms, the elected PM is Saad Hariri and the Lebanese Army has an operational military commander. What's most ominous... is that Nasrallah ascribe his party's agenda onto the Lebanese people. Ready to impose a military solution of his own choosing. And I simply wonder, how Lebanon... the nation values this predicament.
This obviously shows Syria's peaceful intentions. Give them the Golan now!
... chose to invite a declared Lebanese terrorist, rather than the Lebanese head of state...
You mean Golan and then War?
The International community is an illusion; every state for themselves, that has been the historical truth. No state helped the Maccabees, nor the Jews of Europe during WWII. No state will help the state of Israel in the future. The only time states come together is opposing tiny Israel. Another lesson from history, and one that should be heeded especially by jihadist dictatorships, is Israel will be defended vigorously if its security is ever challenged.

wisdoms from learned in Qoran.
At least he kept those two countries in check!
at the first conference of gay married couples. Wonder, who's on top? The little one most likely as the big one might hurt her. Nice thing is no children to worry about. Aren't they a lovely couple?
armed forces gearing up this time to attempt to wipe Israel off the face of earth, to eliminate, erase any trace of Jewish civilization from this cradle of it and with it the nearly six-million Jews - or "Zionists" as the Iranian president refers to them - who reside in this United Nation member state. Previous attempts were in 1948, 1967 and 1973 by a variety of Muslim-Arab coalitions of states. Syria, incidentally was always part of these coalition. Let us only hope that unlike the 1930s when others in Europe called for the genocide of the Jewish people, this time the international community will not stand by...!!
how, how
They should be stopped from defending themselves. Hope and pray to G-- that they fail. They are Anti-semitic and children killers...
The Americans make friendly moves in the direction of Syria, like re-appointing diplomatic representation in Damascus, and this is what they get in response. Is there a lesson to be learned here ?
