Anti-Israel protest planned for Leonard Cohen concert in Belfast

Protest comes days after cancelation of a Ramallah performance for the families of Palestinian prisoners.

An anti-Israeli demonstration aimed at persuading Leonard Cohen to cancel his planned Ramat Gan performance in September is scheduled to take place during the singer's concert in Belfast tonight.

The protest comes a few days after the cancelation of a performance planned for Ramallah the day after the Israeli concert, for the families of Palestinian prisoners, due to Cohen's refusal to cancel the Ramat Gan gig.
