Indeed, in recent years women in Iran pulled even in university admissions, totally unlike the rest of the Muslim world. The information I posted was old as relates to Iran. However, research discloses that there are no job opportunities for the female graduates.
Wicked is the hunter of evil of men. I stand behind the Persian Kitty completely. I stand in truth of the way and the light as does Rafe. Israel needs the womans movement that is in Iran. Do you know their women travel from house to house caring for one another. Not spreading faith but healthcare and kindness one by one checking on the children. Rankoo
Actually, Iran isn't like any other muslim country. Its Sharif University is in the world's top ten list right next to Harvard and MIT(Newsweek). Also almost 65% of university entrants are women. Iran's literacy rates as well as gender ratios are closer to western countries. The information is there if you cared to look for it and opted out of your very 'civilized and western' bigotry confinements. Have you not noticed how the women are in the forefront of the opposition movement? How many pictures have you seen with fierce and fearless women defying gov agents? There is plenty wrong with Iran but its education isn't one of them.
Of course a "presidents" wife had atypical learning opportunities. The average woman there is lucky to be allowed to go to high school. In the West, the breakdown of gender in universities, by contrast, is better than 50-50. When the Islamic world un-cages its women and joins the rest of the world, it will lose its blind, pointless ferocity and start progressing.
From which third world University???
Well done Mrs Ahmadinejad! Where are the Zionist Ahmadinejad bashers on this one?
Now I think she should find out if her husband really is a Proportional Dwarf, that escaped from an Insane Asylum in Russia.
