To John in the Netherlands: What Court? The ICJ that has become as political as the General Assembly in its Advisory Opinion on the Security Barrier. If you really gave some thought to what you said, you would realize that Hitler had his judges, South Africa under Apartheid had its judges, and the UN is hardly an objective body. Are you talking about the District Court in the Netherlands which hid behind immunity for the genocide in Srebenica. The United Nations assertion of immunity for its role in Srebenica. Jus Cogens is terrific when you allow for the mass murder of 10,000 Moslems but then claim Immunity truimphs Jus Cogens. Doesn't make sense does it? Yes John, you are as even handed and objective as Carl Bildt. In your world, which I assume is international law, when it suits the ICJ, impunity goes hand in hand with immunity, as in the Arrest Warrants case. That is ofcourse unless it comes to Israel. Justice for all if you are European and Justice for none,if you aren't
