Yes, if our most prominent leaders and analysts dare to get out of convictions and previous opinions, and embark on an exciting journey of reassessments, then the current unrest and change in the region could catapult Israel to a great position. However - great change and even redrawing of borders offers possibilities - and dangers. This is, to a large extent, a region of clans and powerstruggles and artificial borders. Everything could change. Now, Israel needs allies in the region. And a total chaos is not good for us. These are extremely interesting, promising and dangerous times. If Zionism Part Aleph went through the upheavals from the the late 19th century up to our independence in 1948, then this is the era of Zionism Part Beth that hopefully will lead to peace, security and even greater prosperity.
