    There are many Turks in the USA, some Jewish like me. We support the modern secular democratic republic of Turkey. When I visited New York in 1978 coming from Turkey I met many young modern Iranians protesting the Islamic takeover of the Mullahs. I befriended some and symphatized with their issues. My fear was that this would sprad to Turkey which prompted me to immigrate to USA. Otherwise I was very happy in Turkey. Since 1980 I have been living in USA and I worked with the Jewish organizations here to support and protect Turkish narratives. The Jewish businessman in Istanbul also made lots of efforts spending personal money and resouorces (the names I am sure you have heard) and yet today the most prominenet one is in difficulty to continue his business closing factories while this governmet des not lend a helping hand in gratitude. Thre is not much for us in the USA to do. It is up to you modern Turks to defeat this YOBAZ rule inthe next electins
