If so, you are wrong. It is part of the sharing of the civic burden that ALL the parties (aside from Bibi, the Arabs and the religious ones) have talked about throughout their campaigns. If they are not drafted, they have less of a chance of finding jobs. If they don't find jobs, they end up studying. That costs the country billions a year, and the economy cannot withstand it for much longer.
