While I perfectly agree that this man should be prosecuted and, should he be convicted, be sentenced to the maximum penalty possible for incite and perpetuation of terrorist attacks. I don't think you have the right to deem the state of Israel "illegal" just for not doing what you think is enough to prosecute him. I could equally argue that the government doesn't do enough to stop leftist activists when they illegally break security measures to protest and collude with Palestinians. And therefore the government is deemed illegal. All of those attempts to render the Israeli government under Likud coalition illegitimate would probably work only on those who read this website (i.e. non-Hebrew speakers who don't live in Israel).
