People who reject systematically the presence of these African "goyim" and do not believe for one second that Israel has some kind of obligation to deal with them in a humane and righteous way have most likely never spoken to any African in their life. Please, guys, go out there in the South of Tel-Aviv, ask the first African person you see, and ask them what their life story is. Then, you might start to understand that the world is not only evolving around Israel, and that other people suffer a lot. Those individuals have suffered human rights violations, genocide, rape, torture, etc. They are refugees, the majority of them (87%), and they need to be delt with with serious procedures, and not a "policy of no policy". Did you know that in most Western countries, about 90% of the asylum seekers coming from those very same countries (Eritrea, Sudan, Darfur, Congo, etc.) are getting refugee status? In Israel, not even one of them get the refugee status, and Misrad Hapnim doesn't even doesn't even grant them work permits anymore. If Israel doesn't want them here, then the nation should remove itself from the Geneva Convention protecting refugees (which Israel helped shape!)
