    israeli archaeology seems to be set up like a treasure hunt for evidence of Jewish ownership of Israel. If they dig and find something Jewish, the news is spread far and wide as evidence that Israel has always been Jewish and the site is turned into a permanent site for visitors. If they dig and find something non-Jewish it's quickly buried again, or torn out so they can build something modern and Jewish there, like a Museum of Tolerance, instead.
