    The following may be true. What Obama does for me over here is probably the opposite for you. While Obama removes the threat of American being pitted against American because he appears to represent everyone at the same time, in Israel the reverse might appear so. Because Israelis don't agree on the Settlements and/or Supervising (Let's call it), Obama's opposition to them creates tensions between Jews. But what I said before I think is essentially true. Three Jews equals four opinions. With the absence of an existential threat Jews may tend to tear at each other anyway. So it's easy to blame Obama but he's really not to blame for anything because a big portion of the Israeli population thinks just like he does. Maybe you know something I don't but as far as I know, Obama hasn't changed the USA position or policies vis a vis Israel. It's this generation of new Americans coming up that I worry about because they're new. And as for Israelis, they have to get along with themselves anyway.
