perhaps I'd be more effective. It really comes down to international law doesn't it and moving forward from that premise. The settlements were always a hinderance to negotiating peace in the ME. But on the other hand, the Palestinians are also obligated to abide to international laws and terrorism is not acceptable in any way or even incitement to terror, so international laws apply even more strongly to security of citizens than developing territory which has been historically part of our narrative.
