The left moan about housing prices but they don't seem to understand its something that is beyond government control because the free market governs pricing and if there are still plenty of people wanting to buy prices will rise. People who want to own their home they have to pay crazy prices and the people who want to buy to rent as an investment well they have to pay crazy prices to buy the property so to make their money back they have to charge high rents. Until people decide they don't all want to live in Tel Aviv and in the central & coastal regions and move to the Negev & up north then prices will always be high because we have limited land space and lots of people wanting to live there when the Jews decide they want to live in the north & south then prices nationwide will come down for everybody
