In all western societies, the law guarantees freedom of speech and religion - including the right to be an athiest and to declare publicly that there is no God. Saying that there's no God will offend 1.3 Billion Muslims, all Christians, and all Jews. But does German law forbid and punish athiests? Of course not! Questioning historical and scientific facts is the only way humanity has known to reach the truth. Scientists are allowed, and rewarded when they come-up with better theories, to question fellow scientists, so do historians get punished when they question fellow historians?
