    Just because there is not enough evidence to convince somebody of a crime in a court of law doesn't mean that the person in question is completely innocent. I don't know about Israel, but in America, lying is not a crime. Lying under oath is another story. This has nothing to do with presumption of innocense. The guy was investigated and this is what came out...
