I am an Atheist and I would like religion separated from the state. But not for the reasons you list here. Peace talks with Arabs and potential withdrawal from West Bank are state issues, not religious issues. They are important for all citizens, religious or otherwise. Whether religion is separated from the state or not is irrelevant. Yes, religion should be separated from the state, but for entirely different reasons. Things like businesses operating on Saturdays; civil marriage, divorce, burial; (the end of) state funding of religious institutions; etc.
