It is not jut Iraq, Iran ,etc which you can point to. The Palestinian constitution in waiting (2003 is the latest version) clearly talks about Arab, Islamic and laws based on Sharia, part of Arab world , striving for Arab unity ,etc. So it is an ISLAMIC STATE the Palestinians are planning - and Sharia law can not be confused with anything but Islam and is definitely not democratic, humane of focused on human rights. But for Akiva Eldar these are no issues. I wounder if all the Christians Arabs which were driven by second class citizens and persecutions in Arabs countries and in the Palestinian Authority and Gaza have a right of Return. Do the Coptics in Egypt which immigrated to avoid persecution have a right of return, chrisitan maronites, bhai's, Kurds, Arminians, Asyrians, etc - do they all have this right and where is the action ?
