    Thats the right combination of unilateral moves in context and negotiations that I have been talking about.Only one caveat, forget about forgetting about the Parliment.Unless their is some founding or legal charter that allows the PLO or Abbas to dissolve Parliment at will, or precludes their apporval for international treaties , unless clearly stipulated will provoke a serious crisis.Not only that even it is stipulated the Parliment is now the authority that makes Laws, therefore its sovereignty lies in that of the people.It is going to look a little strange to say the least, that after all this talk of elections and democracy and devolving power from the President to the PM as Israel and the US has been calling for, for years all of sudden the Parliment means nothing? Sorry it doesnt work that way.It is also clear that armed with the legal powers of Parliment combined with its militia and support form other gangs Hamas cas stop anything it likes.The only solution will then be ..
