But to get back to our "Moutons", note that Israel used the cluster bombs after both parties have agreed on cessation of hostilities, which were to be effective in 3 days time. At that time, the outcome of the war had already been determined. Getting Barbaric in order to win the war may be understandable (at least based on your point of view) Getting Barbaric just about when the war is practcally over however, seems more like an act of revenge.
