And yes, one can pick elements of the past and reject some; isn't that called learning from experience, flexibility,adaptation.......unlike lefty stubborness. Having said that, one has to accomodate the current movement, namely reform the real estate industry, whether purchasing or renting living accomodations, and reform the tax system applied to this industry in order to release properties to young Israelis. You'll find all it needs is some adjustments in that direction to smooth out the effects of wild market fluctuations. But one way or the other, there is no escaping supply and demand conditions.
