Maybe the US should respond in kind by delaying aid, and announce it on the eve of the next Netanyahu visit to the US. A temporary total and complete halt to settlement building is imperative if peace talks are going to move forward. Obviously, the Israeli leadership feels like the time isn't ripe to move forward with peace talks.
